Uploading the Roster File is straightforward and intuitive. Your data is always encrypted during transit and at rest. Follow the steps outlined below.
Step 1: Navigate to the “Manage Employees” dropdown menu from the far-left navigation panel.
Step 2: Select the "Roster Upload" tab from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Click the “Choose File” button to launch a file explorer window.
Step 3: Select your csv file for upload. Once selected, click “Open”. You should build your own CSV file by starting with the "Download Sample Roster" Located on the Upload Employee Census tab. You can add your employees to the sample file.
Note: Do not delete ANY columns or change the titles of Row 1. You can leave any fields blank; however, Employee name, Employee ID and Email, OR Last 4 digits of Social Security Number and Date of Birth must be completed.
Step 4: Click the “Upload Roster” button to officially upload your roster to the ADA Assist Solution.
