There are two pathways in the ADA Assist Solution that you can take to request consulting services.

Step 1: Click "Pending Decisions" in the left side navigation panel.

Step 2: Search for the employee by name in the search box and/or find the employee name in the list view.

Step 3: Click the paper icon on the far right of the employee's name to review the detailed request.

Step 4: Click "Get Help" located in the banner at the top of your screen.

Step 5: Type your question(s) and contact information in the box provided. Upload documentation related to the request. Click "Submit".
