Reading and Sending a message to/from your HR team regarding an existing ADA request is easy within the ADA Assist solution. Follow the steps to read or send a message to your team for review:
Step 1: From your home screen, select Review/Update for your existing record:
Step 2: Navigate to the "Select Action" dropdown menu on the Review/Update screen:
Step 3: Select "Message" from the dropdown menu:
Step 4: Enter New Message for your Employer and select "Send Message" when your message is complete. Or read the message in the chat history from your employer HR team.
Note: Previous messages sent to your Employer will be viewed in the "Chat History" Box above the New Message section.
