You can view your full history of all your ADA Accommodation Requests within the ADA Assist Solution.
Step 1: From your home screen, select Review/Update for your existing record:
Step 2: Navigate to the "Select Action" dropdown menu on the Review/Update screen. You can view all of the ADA Accommodation Requests you have made and their status' here. To review a specific ADA Request, select the appropriate ADA Accommodation request from the list:
Step 3: Select "Review" from the dropdown menu:
Step 4: You can select drop down menus for your Initial Submission or Ongoing Activity:
Step 5: You can view your Initial Submission details:
Step 6: You can view Ongoing Activity within your ADA Accommodation Request:
