How to change an employee's ADA status/decision

Approve Request

Step 1: Click "Pending Decisions" in the left side navigation panel.

Step 2: Search for the employee by name in the search box and/or find the employee's name in the list view.

Step 3: Click the paper icon on the far right of the employee's name to review the detailed request.

Step 4: Scroll to the bottom of the employee's request details. If desired, add a "Decision Rationale Message" that will be visible to the employee, then click "Approve Request".

Step 5: Select the approval time frame and click "Approve".

Step 5: Click "Yes" to confirm your approval decision.

Step 6: Click "Yes" or "No" to send the employee an email notifying them of the status change/decision.

Deny Request

Step 1: Click "Pending Decisions" in the left side navigation panel.

Step 2: Search for the employee by name in the search box and/or find the employee's name in the list view.

Step 3: Click the paper icon on the far right of the employee's name to review the detailed request.

Step 4: Scroll to the bottom of the employee's request details. If desired, add a "Decision Rationale Message" that will be visible to the employee, then click "Deny Request".

Step 5: Click "Yes" to confirm your denial decision.

Step 6: Click "Yes" or "No" to send the employee an email notifying them of the status change/decision.

Cancel Request

Step 1: Click "Pending Decisions" in the left side navigation panel.

Step 2: Search for the employee by name in the search box and/or find the employee's name in the list view.

Step 3: Click the paper icon on the far right of the employee's name to review the detailed request.

Step 4: Scroll to the bottom of the employee's request details, then click "Cancel Request".

Step 5: Click "Yes" to confirm your denial decision.

Step 6: Click "Yes" or "No" to send the employee an email notifying them of the status change/decision.

Reopen Request

Step 1: Click "Records" in the left side navigation panel.

Step 2: Search for the employee by name in the search box and/or find the employee's name in the list view.

Step 3: Click the eye icon on the far right of the employee's name to review the detailed request.

Step 4: If the employee has submitted multiple requests, locate the desired request and click the eye icon under the "Actions" category.

Step 5: Click "Reopen".

Step 6: Click "Yes" to confirm your decision.

Step 7: Click "Yes" or "No" to send the employee an email notifying them of the status change/decision.

Approve Previously Denied Request

Step 1: Click "Records" in the left side navigation panel.

Step 2: Search for the employee by name in the search box and/or find the employee's name in the list view.

Step 3: Click the eye icon on the far right of the employee's name to review the detailed request.

Step 4: If the employee has submitted multiple requests, locate the desired request and click the eye icon under the "Actions" category.

Step 5: Click "Reopen".

Step 6: Click "Yes" to confirm your decision.

Step 7: Click "Yes" or "No" to send the employee an email notifying them of the status change/decision.

Step 8: Follow these steps to approve the request.

Close Request

Step 1: Click "Records" in the left side navigation panel.

Step 2: Search for the employee by name in the search box and/or find the employee's name in the list view.

Step 3: Click the eye icon on the far right of the employee's name to review the detailed request.

Step 4: If the employee has submitted multiple requests, locate the desired request and click the eye icon under the "Actions" category.

Step 5: Click "Close Request".

Step 6: Click "Yes" to confirm your decision.

Step 7: Click "Yes" or "No" to send the employee an email notifying them of the status change/decision.
