What options are available for displaying the Compliance Agreement?
The following options are available for displaying the Compliance Agreement:
Ask for a one-off consent at the next login.
Ask for consent once at the next login and then annually on the first workday of each new year.
Can I download the compliance agreements?
Yes, absolutely! Go to [location] to start the download. You will receive an email once the download is ready. You can then download the export from the Files section.
Important: each time the feature is activated, the previous compliance agreements are overwritten. So, we recommend downloading an export each time.
Who may manage the Compliance Agreement settings?
You can set up who manages the Compliance Agreement settings. The following options are available:
Administrator: the administrator may modify the settings. This is the standard setting.
Manager Up-to-date: Managers Up-to-date can adjust settings.
