Any claim arising from abuse, Dishonest/willful acts or alcohol and drug use are all excluded from the policy. However this is not an exhaustive list, for all policy exclusions, please refer to the policy wording and the general terms & conditions.

Abuse

Abuse excludes cover for any insurance claim that might arise from actual or alleged verbal, physical, sexual abuse, molestation, assault, battery or violence.

Dishonest/willful Acts

Dishonest and/or willful acts exclude cover for any insurance claim that might arise from dishonest, fraudulent or criminal acts.

Alcohol and Drugs

This excludes cover for any insurance claim that might arise from use of alcohol, illegal drugs, narcotics and intoxicants.
