There is a cooling off period that applies after you purchase this rideshare insurance

If you change your mind about this Policy after your decision to purchase it (including a renewal), and you have not made a claim, you can cancel the Policy within fourteen (14) days of the start of your cover by notifying us in writing at support@upcover.com. You will receive a full refund (less any taxes, duties and fees we are not able to recover).
