What is the product menu?
The product menu is the menu on the left side of every Updox screen. It lets you:
Move between Updox products, like Inbox, Fax, Forms, Reminders, and Video Chat
Find each product's settings in one place
Log out
It replaced the old Menu > Home navigation in the Inbox.

Can I change the order of products in the menu?
Yes. You can put the products in the order that works best for you.
Click edit mode from the left hand menu down at the bottom portion.
How do I collapse or expand the menu?
Click Collapse Menu at the top of the menu to make it smaller. Click it again to expand it.
How do I log out?
Click your name in the bottom corner of the menu.
Click Log Out.
Where are my Inbox folders?
Inbox, Sent, Archive, and your other folders are across the top of the Inbox page.
Where are Admin and Tools?
Admin and Tools are tabs in the top right corner of the Inbox, next to Dashboard.
What's in the footer?
The footer at the bottom of the screen follows you through Updox. Depending on how your account is set up, it may include links to:
