    • Telephone - Home

    • Telephone - Cell

    • Text Message

  3. Choose when each reminder is sent (for example, 1 week, 48 hours, or 24 hours before the appointment).

How do I stop reminders from going out at night or on weekends?

In Restricted Timeframes:

  2. To skip weekends, turn on Restrict Weekends. Reminders scheduled for Saturday or Sunday are sent on Friday instead, just before the restricted start time.

Can I change what the reminder says?

Yes. Custom messages are created on the Scripts tab.
