Unable to send a Text

When sending a text if you get the below error it means that the patient has opted out of receiving these messages.


For a patient to opt back in they will need to reply "start" to an old message or send a text to your number with the word "start" to receive new text messages.

To locate your text number go to MENU -Admin- Practice Information.

Or send yourself a text to see the number on your phone.
