Step 1. Go to the Sign In page
Open the UpFinance App or visit https://app.upfinance.ai.
On the Sign In page, tap Forgot password? below the password field.
Step 2. Enter your email address and verification code
You will be redirected to the Reset Password page.
Email Address: Enter the email address associated with your UpFinance account.
Tap Get Code to receive a verification code via email.
Verification Code: Enter the code you received.
After entering the code, tap Confirm to continue.
Step 3. Create a new password
You will now be prompted to set a new password.
Password: Create a secure password with at least 8 characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
Tap Confirm to complete the password reset.
Step 4. Password reset successful
Once confirmed, your password will be updated successfully.
You can now return to the Sign In page and log in with your new password.
