What are Invitation Rewards?
By inviting friends to register and use UpFinance services, you can earn invitation rewards. The maximum reward rate is up to 10% (5% + 5%), which includes both direct and indirect invitation rewards.
How are Rewards Generated?
When invited users use UpFinance services and incur actual fees, the system will automatically calculate the invitation rewards based on the rules. Services that may generate fees include:
Virtual card related charges
Physical card related charges
Fees generated from currency exchange services
When are Rewards Issued?
Invitation rewards are automatically calculated daily by the system
Once calculated, rewards are automatically paid into your Spot USD account
No manual application or action is required from users
About Discounts and Promotional Offers
If invited users use coupons, discounts, or participate in promotional activities,
the actual fees incurred may be reduced or may become zero,
and the corresponding invitation rewards will be reduced accordingly or may not be generated.

All reward amounts are subject to the system calculation results, and the system’s calculated results are final.
The platform does not provide manual estimations, itemized breakdowns, or reconciliation services.
Reward percentages listed are the maximum possible; actual amounts depend on user activity.
The platform reserves the right to investigate and adjust for abnormal behaviors.
UpFinance reserves the final right of interpretation of this program and may adjust or terminate the activity based on operational needs. Any changes will be announced on the platform.
