First, open the app and tap Send from the home screen.
You will be taken to the Transfer Funds page.
Select Bank Transfer, then tap Next.
Choose the currency you want to receive.
Enter the transfer details, including the amount, purpose, and source of funds.
Then tap the arrow to continue.
Please complete all required fields accurately.
Any errors may result in a failed transaction.
Then tap the arrow to continue.
Next, fill in the Recipient Details.
Fill in all required information for the recipient.
After entering all the details, review your transfer details.
If everything is correct, tap the arrow to continue.
Next, enter your six-digit security key.
Once entered, please input the six-digit verification code sent to your registered email within 60 seconds.
Then, review all the information you’ve provided.
If everything is correct, slide Confirm to submit.
The system will then begin processing your request.
Reminder: Processing by the system and the bank may take 1 to 3 business days.
Please also check whether your receiving bank requires any additional documents.
