New! We have added support for contacts with just telephone numbers to import to UpHabit now! We've lifted the restriction which was limited to email only. 

To integrate your Local Address Book, start by tapping on Settings and find Integration header.

Tap on Local Address Book.
​

Now tap Sync your local contacts.

Once your contacts from your Local Address Book have been successfully loaded into UpHabit, you will find them in the Discover Tab.
