Advanced calling and messaging options are available for iMessage, Facebook Messenger, Skype, Telegram and WhatsApp if they're available for a contact.
To add new options to a contact, please check out Social Accounts article for setup.
Once Social Profiles have been filled out for a contact, advanced options for calling and messaging will appear.
How to Quick Add Social Accounts
Select a contact you would like to add social profiles for.
Click Add Social Account.
Add the desired social account by following the on screen instructions.
Advanced Calling Options:
Regular phone calling and FaceTime will automatically appear for any contact with a number.
Skype calling will appear as an option if added as a social profile.
Advanced Messaging Options
Facebook Messenger, Skype chat, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn messaging will appear for any contact if added the options were added as a social profile.
