Contact sync from Google and Microsoft runs every 2 hours for paid subscribers and every 24 hours for free tier users.
Contact sync from your Local Address Book happens on every app launch. If you added a contact in your Local Address Book, launch Uphabit and you should see the contact imported. This feature applies to both Free and Paid tiers.
Note: If you don't see a contact in Uphabit after the import process, please try backgrounding the app and launch it again. If you still don't see the contact, please email support@uphabit.com with the contacts name and one of our support team members will be in touch with you.
