How to export your UpHabit contacts to a CSV file

Having your contacts backed up can be very useful. If you need to update details to a contacts database or if you somehow managed to delete everything, a backup can be a blessing. The new local export feature will allow you to export a single, group or all your contacts as a CSV file.

This article will show you 4 simple ways to transfer your UpHabit contacts locally.

How to export a single contact?

You can export a single contact into a CSV file by first searching for that specific contact. Tapping on the contact card will take you in to the contact view. At the top right corner, you will find the share icon. 

How to export a group of contacts? 

To export a group of contacts, begin by tapping on the contacts avatar. You will see a navigation tool bar at the bottom of the screen appear. Tap on the eplisys (3 dots) and select Export contacts

How to export all your contacts?

Head over to the Settings tab and under account tap on Export All Contacts

How to export contact by Tags?

Using this export option, you can export contacts that have specific tags. For example, if you want to export all contacts that are tagged as "Professional" . 

Begin in the Contact View and tap on the Tag

In the edit tag menu, tap on the Export icon to export everyone on this tagged list.
