Directly or indirectly, solid relationships are a driving force in building sales. For instance, as consumers we tend to go for brands that friends recommend — word of mouth is huge! Same goes for vendors or brands, we always end up choosing those that we are already familiar with. That's because relationships provide reassurance and decrease uncertainty. So as a business owner, building relationships should be a top priority.
