Networking, when approached from the wrong angle, can appear awkward. However, by maintaining a service-driven approach, attempting to help others and provide a service to them, it becomes effective. Relationships get stronger through empathy, service, and creating reciprocity where everybody wins. Good networkers don’t see themselves as networkers at all—they just want to help people.
