With COVID-19 lock-downs slowly coming to an end, expanding ones social bubble has been an early stepping stone. Adding other families, or friends, into your bubble brings both medical and social risks, but can be very beneficial for mental health. Having a serious discussion with your new additions will ensure everyone stays safe, and friendships aren't ruined.
