To improve as a leader, it's important to take a look at your current behavior and find aspects that undermine your leadership. Oftentimes, we may say things that fail to truly engage with and encourage our peers and co-workers. Taking a look at our vocabulary and conversations, we can fix certain phrases that unconsciously undermine our impact as leaders.
