In our increasingly competitive jobs market, degrees don't always lead to jobs by themselves. It's the networks that we forge during our education and early career that help us succeed after graduation. Helping students build these networks should, in Michael Horn's opinion, be a fundamental part of the post-secondary education system. Building meaningful networks and communities will aid the next generation of job seekers and connectors.
