There are two ends to the networking spectrum: the superconnectors that thrive on helping others connect, and those that despise talking to strangers and making industry small talk. To get yourself out of that second group, it's important to change your perspective and approach to networking. Focusing on finding relationships we genuinely care for and wish to make is the first step to enjoying networking and becoming a connector.
