How to send UpHabit contacts to Salesforce

We make creating contacts effortless. Everyone is in Salesforce, all with a single tap by your customer-facing teams.

We have two convenient way to send contacts from UpHabit to Salesforce. You can send contacts individually by selecting one contact at a time or send them to Salesforce with a single tap using our Suggested for Salesforce feature.

Suggested for Salesforce

UpHabit will automatically identify potential contacts to be sent to Salesforce. You can find the Suggested for Salesforce on both the Relationships and Discover tab.

  1. To start, tap on the Suggested for Salesforce card

2. Review the account and contacts that you wish to send to Salesforce

3. Select or de-select contacts and tap on Send to Salesforce

4. Contacts that are successfully sent to Salesforce will have a cloud icon on their Contact card.

Send contacts to Salesforce individually

  1. Start by finding the contact you wish to send to Salesforce and tap on their contact card.

2. Now that you're viewing the contact details, tap on Send beside the Salesforce cloud.

3. Choose the Salesforce Account to associate the contact with.

4. Once you have successfully sent your contacts to Salesforce, you will be take back to the contact view. You will now see a Disconnect button instead of Send.

5. Contacts that have been sent to Salesforce will have a cloud icon on their Contact card.
