As a leader, it's important to maintain a balance between positivity and negativity or complaining and denying. It's easy to be negative right now, with the onslaught of bad news. But, it's equality negative to ignore all the bad and maintain a constantly positive mindset. A great leader needs to genuinely manage the expectations of everyone, from their teams, peers and customers.
