Craft your own custom introductions!

Custom introduction templates are unique and customized to your requirement.

UpHabit comes with 4 default Introduction templates. These templates can be duplicated and edited as you require.

  • Introducing 2 contacts (with follow-ups)

  • Introducing 2 contacts (without follow-ups)

  • Introducing 3 contacts (with follow-ups)

  • Introducing 3 contacts (without follow-ups)

If you would like to create a new template from scratch, head over to Settings >>> Account >>> Message Templates >> Add >>> Introductions

The following fields are fully customizable

Label - This is the label for the new introduction template, can be re-used in the future

Subject - Introduction subject

Subject more than two - Used when you're sending an introduction to more than two contacts, this subject line will be used instead

Body - Introduction

Each contact - Customize the text to be inserted for every contact who will receive the email

The Thumbs up survey and Introduction Reminder defaults can also be set.

To duplicate and edit one of the default templates, head over to Settings >>> Account >>> Message Templates >>> Choose the template you wish to duplicate and edit

Scroll to the bottom and tap on Make a copy

Here you can fully edit the following fields:

Label - This is the label for the new introduction template, can be re-used in the future

Subject - Introduction subject

Subject more than two - Used when you're sending an introduction to more than two contacts, this subject line will be used instead

Body - Introduction

Each contact - Customize the text to be inserted for every contact who will receive the email

Once you're finished creating your custom Introduction template, you can find them in your list of templates.
