Confidence is in short supply. Every day we see new changes in our lives, which make them increasingly uncertain, whether that be stock market fluctuations, differing advice on coronavirus, or the worsening of global warming. Consequently, the world is desperate for confident leaders to provide a sense of clarity in our daily lives. But, what's preventing many leaders from achieving confidence is a sense of creativity.
