When you’re growing with Upleap, knowing what’s happening behind the scenes helps you make better decisions. That’s where your live Activity Feed: Followbacks, Interactions & Growth Pods tabs come in. Each one gives you a detailed look at how your growth is progressing, what’s working, and what’s next.
📈 Followbacks
This section shows you who’s followed you back and from which Targets. It’s one of the most useful ways to track how well your targeting is performing.
If your followback rate is high, it usually means your content and Targets are aligned. If it’s low, it may be time to swap out a few underperforming ones.
Need-to-knows:
Followbacks are recorded only after Upleap unfollows the user
That typically happens 2–4 days after the initial follow
You’ll need to give the system a little time before seeing new data
A followback rate of 10%+ is strong
Anything under 5% usually signals the Target isn’t a good fit
👉 Reviewing this regularly helps you focus on quality over quantity.
⚡ Interactions
This tab logs every follow/unfollow action Upleap performs on your behalf. You’ll see:
Each follow and unfollow
The exact time of every interaction
Which Target triggered the action
Use this to track consistency, spot patterns, or understand why growth may have shifted. It’s especially helpful when you’re testing new strategies or tweaking your targeting.
🌱 Growth Pods
Growth Pods help Upleap put your account in front of the right audiences so you can attract more relevant followers. This section of the Live Activity Feed focuses entirely on activity generated through Growth Pods, giving you a real-time look at how many users are following you back through this method.
Need-to-knows:
If Growth Pods are turned off, the Live Activity Feed won’t show any data — there’s simply nothing for the system to track.
Once Growth Pods are active, you’ll see a steady stream of followback activity tied to your Growth Pod campaigns.
👉 Think of this as your live performance indicator. If it’s quiet, check whether Growth Pods are enabled.
✅ The Takeaway
You don’t need to monitor your dashboard obsessively, but these three sections can be incredibly useful when refining your setup or figuring out what’s moving the needle. A quick review once in a while is all it takes to stay in tune with how your account is growing.
