Overview
The Contract Management feature allows you to create digital rental agreements that guests must review and sign during the Online Check-in process.
Once a contract is assigned to a property, signing it becomes a mandatory step before the guest can complete the Online Check-in.
2. Creating a Contract
From the left-side menu, go to:
Left-side menu → Online Check-in → Contract Management
Click Add Contract.
Configure your Contract
When creating a contract, you can configure:
Contract name
Contract status (Active/Inactive)
Legal Entity Details
Contract content
Available languages
Signature
Assigned properties
Once completed, click Create.
Assigning Properties
A contract can be assigned to:
All Properties
One or more specific properties
Only guests staying at the selected properties will be required to sign that contract during Online Check-in.
Creating Multiple Contracts
There is no limit to the number of contracts you can create.
This allows you to:
create different contracts for different properties;
use different legal terms depending on the property or owner.
Reusing Existing Contracts
If you already have a contract configured, you do not need to create a new one from scratch.
You can duplicate an existing contract and make only the necessary changes, saving time while keeping the same structure and formatting.
This is especially useful when only small changes are required between properties.
3. Contract Signature During Online Check-in
Once a contract is assigned to a property, it automatically becomes part of the Online Check-in flow. Guests must review and sign the contract before completing their registration.
If a contract is assigned to the property, the Online Check-in cannot be completed without accepting it.
4. Viewing a Signed Contract
After the guest completes the Online Check-in, a copy of the signed contract is stored with the reservation.
To access it, go to:
Menu → Online Check-in → All Check-ins
Search for the guest or reservation.
Open the corresponding Check-in record.
Scroll down to the Contract signed at section.
There you will find:
the date and time the contract was signed;
the View contract option to open the signed document.
The signed contract can be downloaded at any time for future reference or legal purposes.
