If you see no activity in the ‘Full Stats’ link, you will need to log out and log in again. Before doing so, you will need to pair the device with the app.

Google Android users: Please open the app’s Settings menu and log out.

Apple iOS users: Open the app’s Settings menu, tap the avatar on top, and then log out.

Next, log back into the app with your username and password.
