A: Training plans consist of daily goals that gradually increase in duration. Each GO user is provided with a custom training plan based on their personal profile.Please note that the Daily goals can only be achieved while in Training mode.If you like to train beyond your daily goal time, you can, but it is highly recommended to do it gradually and give your body the time to adjust to being upright.
