If you’d like to delete your Upright account, first log out of the UPRIGHT app by going to Settings > Account and pressing Log out in the bottom-right corner of the screen.  

Once you’ve logged out, uninstall or delete the UPRIGHT GO app from your phone. 

Then, send us an email at hello@uprightpose.com with a request to delete your account. In the email, please provide the email address associated with your account and confirm that you logged out of the account and uninstalled/deleted it from your phone.  

Once we receive your email, we’ll send you an Account Deletion Statement, which you must read and agree to in order for us to process your request.
