My UPRIGHT GO isn’t connecting to the app. What should I do?

If you’re having trouble connecting your UPRIGHT GO to the app, first make sure that the device is on and is not connected to the USB charging cable. The indicator light will BLINK BLUE while the app searches for a GO device within range. 

If your device is showing a SOLID GREEN/BLUE light and isn’t charging, please contact our support team via the in-app chat.

If your UPRIGHT GO is BLINKING BLUE and still isn’t connecting after you tap the connect button on the main screen of the app, please try the following:

  1. Pair it as a new device on Settings > Advanced > Pair a new GO. Once it connects, the light will change to BLINKING GREEN.

  2. If pairing as a new device doesn’t work and the device is still showing a BLINKING BLUE light, please make sure that you have your permissions enabled:

  • Android phones: Go to your phone settings > Apps > UPRIGHT > Permissions > and make sure GPS and Bluetooth are enabled.

  • iPhones: Go to your phone settings > Privacy > Bluetooth and make sure the toggle next to UPRIGHT is on.

3. Once permissions are set, try pairing your device again.
4. If the permissions are on and the device still doesn’t connect while BLINKING BLUE, try turning your phone’s Bluetooth off and resetting both the GO and your phone.
