As with any other new exercise or routine that works your muscles, you may experience some mild muscle soreness or discomfort at the beginning. Don’t be discouraged - this is totally normal and is a sign that your muscles are working. With time, as your muscles get stronger, the soreness should go away and you should be left with stronger muscles that can hold you upright comfortably and confidently. If you’re feeling sore, take some time off to rest. You’ll be back to pick up from where you left off quickly!
