Sure! Whenever you’re on the go and feel like training your posture without dealing with your phone, simply follow these steps:
Turn on your GO by pressing the power button.
Place it on your upper back in between your shoulder blades.
Get into a comfortable upright position without overextending your back.
Calibrate your GO by double-clicking the power button.
You’ll feel two short vibrations once your GO is calibrated.
To turn off the vibration feedback (or turning it back on) press the power button once.
When you feel like calling it a day, turn off your GO by holding the power button down until you feel a short vibration.
Your training data will be saved on your GO and will be synced with the app next time you connect to it.
