All shipping is purchased through Lister's integration with EasyPost. Sometimes shipping is purchased unnecessarily or accidentally. When this happens, don't panic! The process of refunding shipping labels is fast and simple.
Go to the Orders page
Locate the order the shipping label was purchased for
Scroll down to the "Shipments" section
Click the "Refund" button next to the appropriate shipment
If the "Refund" button is not clickable, the label can not be refunded
All refunds are processed by EasyPost and are reflected in your EasyPost account balance and statement. All questions related to EasyPost billing and balance should be directed to their customer support team here.
