From time to time, you may need to manually delist an active listing. For example, if the Product was damaged in inventory, listed to the wrong marketplace, or is otherwise no longer available to sell.
This article outlines how to end a listing early, how to recycle the Listing and associated Product, and how to relist an item manually.

How to Delist an Active Listing
Ending a listing early can be done from within the Product Manager or the Listing Manager. Each method for delisting is described below.
Warning: Do not delist an active listing directly within the marketplace, as this will cause the listing to become unsynced with the Product in Lister. Always delist items directly from within Lister!
💡Shopgoodwill Operational Tip: If an auction format listing has bids, you must remove all bids on the item within Shopgoodwill before delisting in Lister.
💡 eBay Operational Tip: eBay listings can’t be delisted if they end in less than 12 hours and have received bids.
How to End a Listing Early from the Product Manager
Click the Products button in the top navigation menu of Lister
Click “Active”
Enter the SKU or title into the search bar
Click the Product in the search results to open the Product Drawer
Scroll down to the Active Listings section
Click the menu icon next to the marketplace Listing
Click “End Early” in the dropdown menu
How to End a Listing Early from the Listing Manager
Click the Listings button in the top navigation menu of Lister and select the marketplace
Search for the Upright Product ID, SKU, Marketplace ID or Title
Click the eyeball icon next to Listing in the search results to open the Listing Drawer
Click “End Early” at the bottom of the page
How to Recycle a Delisted Listing and Product
If the item is no longer available for sale, end the listing early using one of the methods described above. From there, the Listing and associated Product can be recycled in the Product Manager or Listing Manager by following the steps below. Once the Listing and Product are recycled, the item can be purged from inventory by following this guide.

Click the Products button in the top navigation menu of Lister
Enter the SKU or title into the search bar
Click the Product in the search results to open the Product Drawer
Scroll down to the Strategy section and click “Pause auto-relisting” (if the Product is using a Listing Strategy)
Scroll down to the Listings section and click the menu icon next to the marketplace Listing
Click “Recycle” in the dropdown menu
Ensure the checkbox for the “Also recycle product (disables ability to relist)” option is checked ON
Click the blue "Recycle 1 listing” button
How to Recycle a Delisted Listing and Product from the Listing Manager
Click the Listings button in the top navigation menu of Lister and select the marketplace
Click the “Delisted” tab
Search for the Upright Product ID, SKU, Marketplace ID or Title
Click the eyeball icon next to Listing in the search results to open the Listing Drawer
Scroll down to the Listing Strategy Details section and click the “End Run” button (if the Product is using a Listing Strategy)
Click “Recycle” at the bottom of the page
Optional: If the product is no longer available to sell and needs to be purged from inventory, ensure the checkbox for the “Also recycle product (disables ability to relist)” option is checked ON
Click the blue "Recycle 1 listing” button
How to Manually Relist a Delisted Listing
Delisted listings can be relisted to the marketplace from the Product Manager or Listings Manager by following the steps below.

Click the Products button in the top navigation menu of Lister
Enter the SKU or title into the search bar
Click the Product in the search results to open the Product Drawer
Scroll down to the Strategy section and click “Resume Strategy” to continue the listing strategy from the current step (if the Product is using a Listing Strategy that was previously paused)
If you want to restart the strategy from step 1 of the listing strategy, relist the listing via the Listing Manager page steps described below
Scroll down to the Listings section and click the menu icon next to the marketplace Listing
Click “Relist” in the dropdown menu
How to Relist a Delisted Listing from the Listing Manager
Click the Listings button in the top navigation menu of Lister and select the marketplace
Click the “Delisted” tab
Search for the Upright Product ID, SKU, Marketplace ID, or Title
Click the eyeball icon next to Listing in the search results to open the Listing Drawer
Scroll down to the Listing Strategy Details section and click the “Restart Run” button to start the listing strategy over from step 1 (if the Product is using a Listing Strategy that was previously paused)
If you want to resume the strategy from the current step, relist the listing via the Product page steps described above
Click “Relist” at the bottom of the page
Review any changes needed in the popup box and click the blue “Relist 1 item” button. Edits to this popup will override the current Listing Strategy step settings
