Overview
If you’ve connected your Shopify account to the Facebook & Instagram app or the Google & YouTube app, Lister can automatically handle publishing your Shopify listings to your connected channels!
This guide outlines the steps needed to configure your Shopify API settings and Lister admin settings to boost your online presence to your connected Shopify sales channels.

Step 1: Configure Shopify API Settings
Open your Shopify account and click the gear icon at the bottom left to navigate to the settings page
Click “Apps and sales channels” in the left navigation menu
Click the “Develop apps” button in the top right of the page
Click your Upright Lister Integration app
Click “Admin API Integration”
Scroll down the list of scopes and ensure every checkbox is selected
Click “Save” in the top right corner
Step 2: Configure Lister Admin Settings
Click the gear icon in the top right navigation menu of Lister to go to the admin page
Click “Shopify” under the “Channels” section in the left navigation menu
Click “Edit settings” next to your Shopify account name
Click the “Pull publications from Shopify” button
Click the toggles next to each sales channel you want to use
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the blue “Save” button
From there, all of your new and relisted Shopify listings created in Lister will automatically publish to your connected sales channels!
Troubleshooting
Please correct the following
Publications Access denied for publications field. Required access: ‘Read_publications’ access scope.
This error means the API scopes in your developer app within Shopify are not correctly set up.
How to Fix:
Follow Step 1 above (linked here) and ensure all toggles are selected

How will orders on connected marketplaces show in Lister?
Orders from a connected marketplace will show as Shopify orders
How will these listings show up in the Listings Manager?
Shopify publications will continue to show in the Shopify Listings Manager
How will sales on connected marketplaces show in the reports in Lister?
All sales from connected marketplaces will show in your reports as originating from Shopify. Please use the reports in Shopify to get a full breakdown of your connected marketplace sales
Can I use Listing Strategies to control what connected marketplace my listings will publish to?
Currently, Listing Strategies cannot be used to publish listings to a specific connected Shopify marketplace
