You can theoretically do two programs at once, but we generally don't recommend it. You'll find your time and attention pushed to the limit.
If you're debating two programs, choose the one that will help alleviate the sharper, more pressing pain.
For example, if your hip is really bugging you and your shoulder is just "sort of" bugging you, start with a hip program first.
If you have shoulder, hip, AND back pain all bugging you, we recommend you consider doing the Back Pain Fix program. That will help you address multiple parts of your body all at once. After doing that program all the way through, you could then do a shoulder or hip program to do more focused retraining of those parts of your body.
Don't worry too much about the order, just focus on doing the exercises and stretches regularly in a focused way and you'll see meaningful results. ๐ช
Hope this helps!
