The short answer is yes.
The longer answer is yes but not alone. Fixing anterior pelvic tilt is a process of reprogramming your abs, glutes, spinal muscles hip flexors, quads, hamstrings, hip rotators, inner thighs, and even shoulder muscles to position your pelvis, legs, spine, and ribs in the right position.
And you need to train your body to be able to maintain good alignment during movement. After all, if you want to play sports or just participate in normal daily life, you have to be able to coordinate your body as you bend over to pick things up, carry heavy objects (like kids), or swing a tennis racket.
Don't get fixated on "fixing" anterior tilt in the static standing position alone. You want to restore FULL function throughout your life!
