How should I adjust the Shoulder Fix if I am hypermobile?

When you are “hypermobile,” it’s important to focus on the muscles that control the bones and build strength in them. Don't focus on stretches and building more range of motion. Focus on building strength through the entire range of motion that you already have.

You may still have a feeling of "tightness" but yours would from weakness rather than having stiff, shortened muscles. That tightness will improve as you build strength.
