If you still wish to unsubscribe, you first need to return any items that you are currently streaming - including any that are in transit to you. Once the item is back in our system, you can then contact a member of the team via the 'My Subscription' section on the 'My Profile' page and we will process you cancellation.
If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period after subscribing and have not used the service, you will receive a full refund into your bank account.
For all other cancellations, you must pay all outstanding fees provided up until the time we receive any current rental items back from you and no refund will be provided for the current billing cycle.
Any remaining Stream Coins that you have purchased or earned will be forfeited. They can't be redeemed for cash or anything else.
