Returns or exchanges based on fit or preference are at the sole discretion of Upstream. While we understand that finding the perfect fit and style can be challenging, we reserve the right to refuse returns and exchanges for these reasons.

If you wish to request a return or exchange based on fit or preference, please contact our customer service team via ‘Settings’ > ‘Help And Support’ on our app. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

If we do agree a return or exchange, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover the extra delivery and administrative cost
