Workflow:
1. User Selects events by clicking the box in the top left corner of event.
2. User selects Bulk Actions drop-down and selects Add Event Notes
3. User writes Event notes and selects Add.
4. Notes are added to selected events.
Gives users the ability to add event notes to multiple events at once.
