Functionality:
1. User selects the listings they would like to price against on the left-hand side of the Listing Panel
2. User opens up the Bulk Actions menu
3. User chooses Edit
4. User selects whether to apply (On) or remove (Off) Hard Floors for the selected listings
5. User selects apply edits and the hard floors are applied/removed for the selected listings.
