First, be sure you are able to access UpTick: A.1.1 - How Do I Access UpTick?
On your first log in to the UpTick website, you will need to set up a new password.
Use the "Forgot Password?" Link on the log-in page to open the password reset protocol
Enter the e-mail address that you used to sign up and click on the purple "Reset my password" button. You will receive an email with further instructions
Any other time you need to log in, simply enter your registered e-mail and current password into the log in screen. You can reset you password using the instructions above if you forget your password or would like to change it.
