A.2.1 - How Do I Update My Market Place Credentials?

It is imperative for the operationality of the UpTick application that we have up-to-date marketplace information in order to pull in comps and exclude your own listings

In order to update your TN credentials and you are not on a consignment account, either:

a) Use the Contact Support chat pop-up within UpTick to relay details of the changes to a representative

b) E-mail your updated credentials along with your account name to upticksupport@automatiq.com

c) Call UpTick Support at (866) 6-AMATIQ to speak with a Customer Support Representative.

In order to update your TM Authentication credentials and you are not on a consignment account, please follow the instructions on this article https://intercom.help/uptick-support/en/articles/7888107-b-1-12-what-is-tm-authentication

If you want to link a whole new TM account with a new BID, either:
a) Use the Contact Support chat pop-up within UpTick to relay details of the changes to a representative

b) E-mail your updated credentials along with your account name to upticksupport@automatiq.com

c) Call UpTick Support at (866) 6-AMATIQ to speak with a Customer Support Representative.
