The following actions should be taken when an account is inaccessible:
Click "Forgot password?" link on UpTick login page
Re-enter your email address and click "Reset my password"
Follow the prompts outlined in the password reset email sent to the user's inbox
Note that if the account is still inaccessible after running through this process, reach out to UpTick Support to confirm whether or not the correct username and account link are being used.
