D.1.2 - Why Are there No Listings When I Log In To my Account?

If no listings load upon logging in, the following two cases are most likely:

-The credentials we use to connect to your POS have been changed (if TN) or revoked (if done through API)

-The link that is being used to access the account is incorrect

In either case, contact UpTick Support to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve.
